Enables the Batch Programmer to attempt to determine a radio’s or several
radio's current IP Address using an ARS
(Automatic Registration Service) server and during a Batch Programming
session. A radio’s IP Address corresponds with its Radio ID as defined
in the Radios List. 
The Radio ID is entered during the creation of the Radio List in
the Batch Programming Radio List Window.
Once
enabled, the ARS Server IP Address must be selected.
When the radio is model / option capable.
